Why you need to think from the company's point of view?
Every member  need  to be maintained. Unfair distribution will jeopardise your career in the long run.  The company has a quota. If you can't maintain  the small guy, our staffing quota will be reduced. That extra  volume shifted from the already fat one to the poorly fed ones will save all our asses.

As controllers, you need to bear this in mind.

Think about it. When we loose the little guys, our indoor staffing need to be reduced. Our foreign brothers and sisters' career will be affected by govermental quota regulation.

ACTING FAIRLY WILL ONLY SAVE YOUR JOB: THIS IS FOR REAL.

BELOW ACCEPTABLE ACCEPTABLE VOLUME TOO FAT
WALKERS BELOW $70 WALKERS $70 and above ABOVE $200 - YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL ABOUT PUTTING HIM IN DANGER. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE.
RIDERS BELOW $120 RIDERS - OLD MEN $120
YOUNGER  MEN    $150 and Above
ABOVE $250 - YOU ARE UNFAIR ALREADY UNLESS OVERALL VOUME IS HIGH AND CANNOT BE HELPED. YOU GOT TO PROVE THAT THIS IS SO.
DRIVERS BELOW $150 DRIVERS  $170 and above ABOVE $300 - YOU DEFINITELY HAVE GONE OVERBOARD. IF OTHERS IN COLUMN ONE IS BELOW STANDARD, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THE CONSEQUENCES OF OUR GOV QUOTA SHOULD OUR SMALL GUYS STOP WORK DUE TO POOR VOLUME.
Beloved Indoor members, I hope you to impress upon you the importance of this quota. CPF members are needed to keep your jobs. When the small guys and those I asked to be maintained volume-wise, you are not being realistic and knowing of the danger of low staffing.
 
HOW YOU CAN HELP?
As a controller, check if you can push volume from your own riders or drivers to another controller to ensure the other contoller's men are adequately fed.
You are only doing your own job a favor. GET REAL: WE NEED ADEQUATE STAFFING TO MAINTAIN YOUR JOB
